Limited Use requirements
Ours App use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How the application shares user data with third party AI platforms and what data is being shared
Principle of Data Sharing: Our application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") does not proactively share your user data directly with third-party AI platforms. We only send specific text data to macOS service extensions based on your explicit actions, and these extensions then transmit the data to third-party AI platforms for analysis.
User-Selective Sharing: Users of the App can choose specific text for analysis when using the service extension. Data is only sent to third-party AI platforms when users explicitly select text and trigger the service extension. If users do not select any text or do not use the service extension, no data will be shared with third-party AI platforms.
Purpose of Analysis: The analysis by third-party AI platforms aims to extract and summarize information from the text, such as time, location, and entities. These analytical results will be used solely to enhance the functionality of the App and will not be used for any other purposes.

Personal data directly provided by a userThe data used for support services is kept for different periods of time, depending especially if the problem has been solved and the exact method of communication with the support services, but in no case the data will be kept for more than five years after the last communication took place.
Log Data:
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone or computer called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory.
